Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the FOUNTAIN CATERING LTD website and the purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website.

2. Service Availability

Our services are intended for use by residents of the United Kingdom, specifically within the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire regions. We do not accept orders from individuals outside these delivery zones unless specifically agreed upon in writing by a FOUNTAIN representative.

3. Pricing and Payment

The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Our prices start from £300 for basic corporate catering packages. Payments must be made via our approved payment gateways or via corporate invoice for pre-approved accounts. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days will incur a 50% charge.

5. Liability

FOUNTAIN CATERING LTD warrants that any service purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the service you purchased.

6. Governing Law

Contracts for the purchase of services through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by Scots law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
